Nestled beneath the spectacular beauty of the Mogollon Rim, the community of Christopher Creek provides the visitor with a central base for many side trips to some of Arizona's most beautiful scenery. Within a 20 mile radius, this area offers the visitor hiking and equestrian trails, trout streams, lakes, picnic areas, campgrounds, scenic vistas, historical sites, and the cleanest air in Arizona.

Christopher Creek has its very own trout stream, camping facilities, hiking trails, lush green forest, and is just 10 minutes away from the awe inspiring Mogollon Rim. The community also lies within easy striking distance of the seven Rim lakes, and the scenic Chamberlain Trail.

Lodging, restaurants, RV parks, groceries, camping supplies, a service station, and specialty shops make up a friendly little village that keeps visitors coming back year after year. Winter activities such as cross-country skiing and snowmobiles are available just 15 minutes away at Forest Lakes, another Mogollon Rim attraction. Five miles in the other direction is Kohl's Ranch, home to Tonto Creek Fish Hatchery and, of course, Tonto Creek.

Several fine lodging establishments are available in Christopher Creek and the surrounding area, with accomodations ranging from motel-style rooms to B&B's and individual cabin rentals. Rounding out the commercial community are two full-service restaurants, a friendly bar and our local market, in addition to a number of trendy seasonal retail outlets in and around the Landmark Building.
