Dale discovered the beauty of the Rim Country in 1974 while searching for an escape from the winters of northern Idaho. He opened Payson's first nationally franchised restaurant in 1975, and also operated a successful snack food distributorship.

In 1991, he decided it was time for a career change and entered the real estate profession.

In addition to his extensive knowledge of the area, Dale's interest in and ability to work with people have made him one of the area's leading professionals, committed to giving excellent service to his clients.

He was Prudential's "Realtor of the Year" in 2000, and has consistently received awards as the top listing and selling agent from the company. Dale is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). He is also a member of Prudential's Leading Edge Society which recognizes the top 6% of Prudential Real Estate Sales Associates worldwide.

Dale also serves on the board of directors for the Central Arizona Board of Realtors, and the board of directors for the Pine/Strawberry Improvement Association.
